Lauren joined Alma team in 2024 after having spent 9 years in a private nursery, 2 of which she was a deputy manager. Lauren completed her Barnet Certsey Level 3 qualification where her interest grew  and her passion for wanting to support children with special education needs and give them the best opportunities in early childhood. Lauren enjoys spending time with family and spends most of her weekends standing in the cold watching her son play football but would not change this for the world. Lauren also enjoys travelling around the world and seeing all the different beautiful places.
